The office building B of the Ordos 20+10 project is located on a tidal flat with relatively flat terrain in the surroundings. By means of several different courtyards, the building transforms an ordinary surrounding environment into an inward, spring-like space, serving as a sunny oasis in the severe cold climate of the region.
